
What to do if I’m not sure what size to order.

What to do if I ordered online and paid, but I haven’t received an order confirmation.
We always send a confirmation email immediately after you have completed your order. Did you not receive it? Unfortunately, we've noticed that this email sometimes ends up in the spam folder, so we ask you to take a look there. If the email is still not there, please contact us at info@jordanlunga.com. We will send you the confirmation email again.
Do I know in advance when my order will be delivered?
Immediately after preparing your order, we always send a shipment confirmation with track & trace. This allows you to track your shipment.
I can see on the tracking that my parcel has been delivered, but I haven’t received anything.
Don't panic! It happens that the Delivery Service Company, delivers your package to the neighbours or that they put it somewhere safe in or around the house (at entry security gates, behind a trash can, in the post box, ...)
If you have checked all this and your package still has not arrived, please contact us at info@jordanlunga.com. Remember to mention your order number!
We will then immediately take it up with the Delivery Service Company and solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
I received a damaged product, What do I do now?
We are sorry that your order, which we have packed carefully, has been damaged during transportation. Please contact at info@jordanlunga.com. We ask you to send pictures of the damaged goods. We need this to start a claim with our carrier. We will then quickly find a solution.
I received the wrong product, now what?
This may have been a human error in our warehouse. While we only sell good products, we understand that you only want to receive what you have ordered. Please contact us at info@jordanlunga.com and we will make sure you receive the correct product as soon as possible. We will also provide you with a return label so you can return the wrong product.
Is the product I ordered eligible for a return/refund?
The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories (packaging, with all accessories included, and instructions). We refer to Return and Refund Policy for more information.
All returned items will be examined carefully. The basic principle is that you may only examine the item as you would in a store. Returned items may be tried on, but must not have been used. When an item has depreciated in value due to use, this will be charged to your account. For further enquiries, you can contact us for this via at info@jordanlunga.com.
Can my order be gift wrapped?
Unless it is a big item unsuitable for wrapping, all orders are sent gift wrapped at JORDAN LUNGA. Whether you are buying for yourself or buying a gift for someone else, it's always nice to receive your order nicely wrapped. For this purpose, we use our JORDAN LUNGA gift boxes and bags.
